Are your series limited edition?

Yes, all of our series are limited edition only. This ensures that our collectors receive the exclusivity they deserve and also compels us to continuously renew the art, illustrations and messages featured on the items we offer. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all countries that our shipping partners work with. Very few exceptions apply. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Prints, accessories, apparel and home decor items are packed and dispatched within 4 days from the order date. All domestic orders (United States) are expected to arrive within 7 days of dispatch, whilst international orders may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Please note that orders placed to Canada may take an extra 2 weeks due to strict customs regulations. Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 on our production and delivery partners activities, apparel orders might take upto 28 days to be dispatched, and upto 15 days to be delivered even within the United States. 

Why is COVID-19 impacting your fulfillment times? Because our partners and us have implemented strict security measures that include reducing amount of working stations, increasing hygiene measures in facilities for all workers, increasing safety production and packaging measures. This strict policy allows us to comply with international rules, and also with our own code of conduct. We prefer to take a few more days on fulfillment, but to continue bringing the absolute best to our collectors.
Where Are Your Production Facilities Located? We partner with factories, printers and production facilities all around the US, Latin-America and Europe. This allows us to sell globally while supporting local economies. 
Why do you produce at a local level? Our products are produced immediately after purchased in order to reduce the environmental impact of our art gallery and design shop. Our production system allows us to reduce waste and contamination, while we generate jobs at a local level all over the world. 

Where is my tracking number?

For all domestic and international orders, tracked postage is included (Through United States Postal Service and International Private Services respectively) and sent to your designated email address on the date of dispatch. Please be sure to check your Spam and Promotional emails in case your tracking number has been sent to those categories.

Can I change my order/the details of my order?

Please note that only changes received before the order is dispatched can be processed. Shop Roxana Frontini responsible for mistaken addresses provided.

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their country. For additional information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
